A Message From Our Founder
Dennis Olden, President
As President of VEBA Solutions, I take great pride in keeping the commitment to our clients and their retirees. Helping to protect the retirement security of thousands of former workers is our goal and we want to provide the highest level of customer support. I want to pledge a commitment to excellence. I have learned that top-performing companies understand what excellence is and they pursue it daily as part of their business philosophy and culture. To me, excellence simply means being the best in the world at what you do, and I truly believe that all VEBA Solutions team members bring that every day.
In conjunction with other members of senior management, Olden is responsible for implementing the strategic direction of the company. He is also responsible for corporate operations and logistics. Prior to founding VEBA Solutions in 1991, Olden was a pilot for Northwest Airlines and Chairman of the Pension and Insurance committees for the Airline Pilots Association where he negotiated and oversaw various insurance plans on behalf of the airline pilots. Olden studied Economics and Insurance at Drake University.
